OUR REGIONAL CENTER

Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center, LLC. is an approved EB-5 Regional Center by the “Department of Homeland Security” and the “United States Citizenship and Immigration Services” (USCIS) and has the authority to offer investment opportunities to qualified foreign investors who wish to invest in our Regional Center projects in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami/Dade counties, and other counties with USCIS qualified projects in the State of Florida.

MISSION

Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center will promote job creation, economic growth and increase domestic investment by aligning capital within specific investment projects in targeted geographic areas in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami/Dade Counties in the State of Florida. We may review and approve EB-5 projects outside of this area within the state provided they meet the guidelines of the USCIS for the EB-5 Visa Program.

REGIONAL CENTER VISION

Prospective applicants will be introduced to the “Vision” of Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center. Our Goal is to expand and create new economic opportunities for the residents of Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami/Dade, and other Florida regions through exciting, socially conscious sustainable development that serves the specific needs of the individual patrons as well as the community and the immigrant investor and his family.

These development projects will grant qualified foreign nationals the opportunity to obtain permanent U.S. residence based on their investment in the Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center. Prospective applicants will see that the EB-5 process is straightforward and that Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center is a promising target for their capital investment.

CORE INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES

Our fundamental objective is to deploy our project’s capital in a portfolio of institutional quality real estate investments in order to achieve a total rate of return comparable to or better than that available from similar investments within the regional marketplace, while also satisfying four core requirements:

Enhance value by investing only in projects expected to meet or exceed target total rate of return criteria
Invest capital in projects located within the USCIS designated Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center
Meet or exceed the USCIS EB-5 Visa Program’s job creation and economic impact requirements, and
Provide investors with the detailed information and supporting documentation they will need to pursue their petitions for US residency visas for themselves and their eligible family members.

Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center expects to achieve these goals by seeking to make privately negotiated investments in new projects located within our Area Regional Center, primarily by investing or otherwise co-venturing with experienced real estate development companies and entrepreneurs.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

In reviewing investment opportunities, Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center employs an investment management approach that permits us to focus on maximizing returns while minimizing downside risks. We believe this investment strategy gives our Regional Center the flexibility to pursue the most attractive risk-adjusted investment opportunities available within our Area Regional Center and, subject to our core objective of meeting or exceeding the EB-5 Visa Program requirements, to enter and exit the market as economic conditions change.

Constructing an investment portfolio diversified by asset type, location within the Regional Center Area, and risk-return profile;

Assuring the active participation of our Regional Centers Principals in all phases of the investment process; and

Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center has strong leadership skills with incomparable experience in project management, finance, immigration law, compliance, investor relations, real estate, finance, marketing and strategy, and the restaurant industry, as well as, engineering and economic analysis. Our Management team brings, not only a wealth of experience but leadership within the Southeast Florida business community.
