Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center will represent sophisticated foreign investors, including their immediate family members, who desire to become permanent legal residents of the United States through a US government-approved EB-5 Regional Center. In addition, we also work closely with new and existing business enterprises, focusing on the food industry, and commercial projects that have determined that an approved USCIS “EB-5 Visa Program” is an excellent source for raising capital.

SPONSOR YOUR PROJECT
Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center, LLC. will host and sponsor a Client’s Project under its approved, licensed, and chartered Regional Center. We will review the Project and documents submitted by a Client to determine if the project would be acceptable within the guidelines and regulations for EB-5 Program funding as required by the USCIS for the “EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program”.
The Regional Center has the authority to approve a project if all the documentation is complete as required by the USCIS.
The Regional Center will provide an Executive Summary for the Project and include the Project and Summary on its website as an approved EB-5 Project open for investment to immigrant investors under the “EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program”.
Our Compliance Department has qualified individuals experienced in EB-5 project documentation as required by the USCIS for project approval. We offer a complete package of documentation for the EB-5 Project submittal to the USCIS.
Once the entire application package has been completed, our Regional Center will make a submission to USCIS including Form I-924, if applicable. During the approval process, we will respond to any requests from USCIS for additional information or request for evidence.
